Do you have parking space? How many cars can you accommodate?
Yes, we have parking space for up to 3 regular-sized vehicles. Maximum car height is 1.8 meters.
Is the hotel wheelchair-accessible?
We have an elevator, but there are steps and part of the hotel is not wheelchair-accessible.
Is there a staff member on site?
No. However, someone will be available to check you in, and after that, we will be available for assistance anytime via phone or text message.
Do you have room service?
No, we do not offer room service.
Is there a restaurant on site?
No, there is no restaurant. However, we can arrange for a catering service where a professional chef comes to the hotel to cook for you. Please contact us for more details.
Can I do my own cooking?
There is a kitchen and refrigerator for your use, so please feel free to cook. Please note that no seasonings or condiments are provided for food hygiene reasons.
Do you have Free Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available throughout the hotel.
Are there any laundry facilities?
Yes, there is a washing machine for your use.
Can we have a barbeque or light fireworks in the garden?
We offer a BBQ plan package by catering service chef, but we do not allow guests-only BBQ. Fireworks are prohibited on site for fire safety reasons.
What happens if I damage anything in the hotel?
If you break or damage any item or equipment, please let us know as soon as possible. A charge may be incurred for replacement. We appreciate your using the hotel with care and respect, especially the living plants and trees in the garden which are irreplaceable.

Accommodation and Services

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. onwards, and check-out is 11 a.m.
Do you provide a transfer service?
We are happy to offer a pick-up/drop-off service to a nearby station or Takamatsu Airport. The service is free of charge for activity plan package guests, and there will be a charge for stay-only guests.
Are small children allowed?
Yes. The entire hotel is available to one group only per stay. Please feel free to bring children and enjoy your stay as if you are visiting your second home.
Can the hotel be rented for events and functions?
Yes. Please use the enquiry form on the website to request a quote and further information.
May I stay at the hotel without an activity plan?
Yes. The price will be ¥200,000 (+ tax) per night per group, for up to 12 guests.
What should I do if the number of guests changes?
Please let us know as soon as possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
The following charges will be incurred under our standard cancellation policy if you cancel your reservation.
3-7 days prior to reservation date: 50% of total cost
Within 2 days prior to reservation date: 100% of total cost
What payment options do you offer?
All payments must made prior to your arrival via bank transfer or credit card. Your reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the payment has been verified.

Activity Plans

Can you arrange an activity plan for us that is not listed in the options on your website?
Yes, we are happy to create an activity plan to meet your needs and preferences. Please contact us for more details.
What is your policy on changing the content of the activity plan?
Kindly let us know of any change one week prior to your stay. If we receive your request any later than that, an extra charge may be incurred or we may not be able to meet your request.
Can you accommodate food allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes, some of our catering service chefs are able to meet such requests. Please contact us for more information.
